Mechanics

The mechanical parts of our products are designed with the aid of PTC Creo CAD software to ensure the fast designing process and quality even before manufacturing. To manufacture the designed parts is the task for our own machining competence and our trusted suppliers.

Pneumatics

At our company, we use Festo pneumatic elements and Festo Fluiddraw software for our design needs. This combination of high-quality components and advanced software allows us to create efficient and effective solutions for our customers. The precision and reliability of Festo products ensures that our designs will function at optimal levels, providing our clients with the best results.

Electronics

The electric circuits of our products are designed with the aid of the widely used EPLAN software to ensure the clean and easliy usable electric plan and documentation. Our professional employees only use the automation products of Omron and National Instruments to achieve great quality and reliability.

Software

The controlling softwares of our products are developed with the aid of National Instruments’ LabVIEW and Beckhoff TwinCAT development enviroments. With more than 10 years of development our controlling architectures provide great flexibility, functionality and short development time.

Airmatic Kft was established in 1997 in Kecskemét (Hungary) since when our main profile is to design and build single-purpose machines, test-benches and assembly lines to satisfy custom needs. All of our employees are professionals in their respective fields to ensure the best possible quality of our end products. The main aspect of our company’s quality and business policy is the endeavor for complete customer satisfaction. To achieve this goal the products and manufacturing processes are undergoing continuous improvements by our company’s professionals. As a direct result of these improvements the number of orders has increased in the last years and made it possible to dynamically increase the number of employees and the number of product manufacturing instruments.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

To achieve efficient and high quality work, we introduced Redmine project managing system which ensures the proper cooperation between the sections of our company during the lifetime of the projects and provides interactive project supervision for our customers. Our quality managing system has MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 certification proving that it is suitable for the standard.
